You need to have the confidence that the decisions you’re making are the best use of your spaces, based on how you plan to live in them.
In this 2 hour session I provide a different way to look at the spaces in your home based on how you need the house to work for you and how you want it to make you feel. I look beyond just your extension to how you use the rest of the house and how you can bring together the existing and the new into a single flow. I review your architect plans if you have them. I look at the ‘bones’ of your house, making sure you make all the right upfront major considerations for your renovation, including kitchen and bathroom design considerations, flooring options, specifications for windows and doors, lighting plans and even where best to put sockets and switches. I will give you greater confidence in getting what you really need from your renovation and ensure you don’t make any expensive mistakes, right at the beginning of the process.
